Step 1-

Intake

Volunteer verifies Taxpayer's identity
Completes IRS Intake F13614-C / F13614-CS (Spanish) Form
Signs Virtual Consent F14446 F14446- CS (Spanish) and Tax documents
Uploads to secure interface.

Step 3-

Interview & Quality Review

QR 1- Quality Review 1 is done to ensure a quality return was completed.
QR 1 - Approves or notes additional documentation for QR-2

Step 2-

Tax Return Review

Virtual Coordinator assigns Taxpayer's tax return to a certified preparer.
Preparer opens documents in secure interface and Taxpayer return process begins.

Step 4-

Tax Filer Authorization

&

E-File

Taxpayer returns to Intake site.
QR2 and Taxpayer complete return
E-file authorization form is given for Taxpayer to sign.
A copy of the e-file authorization F8879 / F8879 (Spanish)
Complete only for those with personal PIN'S. Other PINS are automatically generated within the completed tax return.
RETURN IS E-FILED by QR-2
Taxpayer receives approved copy of 2025 return
